This Saturday, our beloved La Discothèque return to their spiritual home for another round of their unrivaled disco production, this time with a huge lineup soundtracked by disco house pioneers old and new. We thought we would delve into the artists involved to give you a glimpse of what’s in-store!

Kenny Dope

Grammy-nominated musical genius, Kenny Dope, has been entertaining and astounding the masses alike with his fusions of house, hip-hop, Latin, jazz, funk & soul, reggae, alternative pop and broken beats for 20 years and its truly a pioneer of his sound.

With his long-established reputation as a DJ extraordinaire Kenny consistently shows his distinctive ability for programming superior beats while blending a myriad of music styles to deliver the ultimate MIX. Kenny showcases a melting pot of house, jazz, funk, and disco while keeping the show colourful, energetic and soulful. The pioneer truly makes the perfect fit for this party!

Jeremy Underground

A passionate record collector and music lover, whose collection and knowledge of deep house surpasses his years of collecting it, it is hard to think of anyone else who is more appropriate than Jeremy Underground for a La Discotheque show!

For Jeremy, everything dances in perfect harmony: his elegant sound inhabits the happy Elysian fields of French electronica. Not to spoil the surprise, but be warned: you won’t be able to tear yourself away from the dance floor.

 La Discothèque Orchestra

Following their impressive set at London’s DRUMSHEDS opening party back in October, La Discothèque Orchestra’s 18-piece collective are set to perform for the first time in Manchester!

Boasting an impressive lineup of brass, strings, percussion and vocalists their meticulous arrangements breathe new life into iconic disco anthems, delivering an exhilarating fusion of nostalgia and innovation.

O’Flynn is a producer and DJ from London, whose rich productions have been supported by established veterans Ben UFO and Gilles Peterson, since his debut in 2015. Industry praise echoed shortly after, with Boiler Room hailing the London producer and DJ as “one of dance music’s most prosperous newcomers” and being championed by The Guardian as “dance floor dynamite”

O’flynn joins the lineup this Saturday and takes us through auditory bliss, promising a set filled with irresistible disco edits!

The London based selector + regular radio host SIGGY, is always on the search for the freshest disco and vocal house. She regularly champions this sound in her residencies at Egg London!

The incredible SIGGY is no stranger to La Discotheque, gracing their stage at both Printworks London + DRUMSHEDS opening weekend. We’re excited for her to make her debut set on our stage!

What She Said is a DJ collective organising gigs and club nights designed specifically for LGBTQ+ women and non-binary people.

From what started as a house party, Since then, the brand has grown massively and have hosted sell-out events at various venues across the city including headliners such as Manchester’s Gina Breeze, lau.ra and Laura Jackson. They take to the stage this weekend and join this star-stunned lineup.

Not only this –  Flash will take over La Piscothèque for a toilet party like no other with founder Guy Williams and Supernature’s own BB behind the decks.
