BOOKING INFORMATION
1. Tickets must be purchased in ‘tables’ of 2, 4 or 6.
2. When booking, please ensure you purchase the correct size table for the number of guests in your party – this will reduce waiting times.
3. Let the latecomer of your group know! Your party must arrive together. Your booking will be allocated an arrival time before the day of the event.
4. You will be allocated a table – the system has been set up to accommodate all guests on tables. For this reason, you may need to turn to face the stage.
5. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that requests to sit next to other bookings can be accommodated.
6. Please note, if you are allocated a table on the mezzanine, two guests will be sat on the mezzanine step and two on small stools (don’t fret! These tables have an unrivalled view of the stage.)
7. Outside food or drink is strictly prohibited and cannot be brought on site.
8. To minimise queuing we will guide you to an arrival time by e mail. If this time is not suitable we will make every endeavour to change it.
ON THE NIGHT
· We have enhanced our drinks range to reflect the new intimate nature of our shows and are now serving a wide range of biers, wines, and cocktails and for this period. You can pre-order by……………
· Food will be provided by Rudy’s Neapolitan Pizza.
· All food & drinks can be ordered via the Albert Hall Digital Bar and will be delivered direct to your table… Let us do the walking!

Our No.1 priority will always be the safety of our staff, artists & guests which is why we will be implementing Social Distancing rules and guidelines. We ask you to respect these rules when arriving and in doing so, everyone can have the best time possible within their groups.
· Tickets are only available in groups of 2,4 or 6.
· You MUST stay with your group at your table for the duration of the day/night.
· Please respect Social Distancing rules and exercise caution when moving around the site.
· One-way systems will be in place in toilet areas, bars and around the site to keep everybody safe.
· Face Masks & coverings are compulsory when arriving and moving around the site.
· Sanitiser stations are available throughout.
